Our Story

Swift Creek Cafe was born, like most restaurants, out of necessity and a passion for hospitality. Christian Moreno, the owner, spent his life after college immersed in the kitchen life- in clubs, restaurants, bakeries, and schools throughout the United States, and France. It was in the midst of this experience that Christian discovered he was to have a son! With Asher on the horizon, he and his family knew they wanted to be closer to one another geographically. His father, Guillermo, was living in the Flathead Valley at the time and persuaded the family to come put down roots here- within two months, they had purchased the restaurant, which had already run for 20 years as Swift Creek Cafe, but under the ownership of sisters Jeanie Schultz and Megan McFadden.
